`Stichting Polaris’ (Polaris Foundation) was founded in 1995. The current board of the foundation has six members (curators, journalists and artists). Polaris has a varying number of collaborators and partners. One of the aims is to bring about interaction and dialogue in between public, producers and policymakers.
